I am a contemporary abstract artist who paints on cradled panel, canvas, hardboard (MDF) and on Dura-Lar using acrylic paints, mediums and inks, as well as powdered pigments and graphite.

I am an experimental painter who watches for a path, or an opening for action, in the movements and qualities of the paint and other materials I use. That path becomes a process that marks a time, a place, and the quality of my attention: most of it, it marks the nature of my materials and the forces shaping them.
